Into the Wild: One Minute Movie Review

May 16, 2008 · 2 Comments

I just saw the movie “Into the Wild” with my friend Lisa. I was quite impressed and very moved. As an wonderful cinematic journey, an epic story, and a soundtrack composed by Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam fame (not to mention what I think was a fairly decent acting job by several of the characters).

Note: the movie is rated R for two nudity scenes, so its not family friend. Even if you don’t want to see the movie, this music video is nothing short of uplifting and inspiring.

Incidentally , the central character is played by Emile Hirsch, who will be in the upcoming summer hit Speed Racer.

I thought the movie was great too, and except for the whole dying part, I think it would be a definite character building experience to move outside of conventional society for a year or so and experience life in a new way.

Agreed. Although, I think it was handled well….given the circumstanced.
