Mega-list of Incubators and Accelerators for Social Entrepreneurs
One caveat as you view and explore the options of this list–the links are to the names, not the URL. I hope this isn’t confusing.
Also, if you like this list or find it useful I suggest bookmarking it or saving it via delicious or Evernote

University Based Incubators for Social Innovation

http://tulane.edu/socialentrepre…

3) UNC Chapel Hill
http://uncsocialentrepreneurship…
they also have a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem
3) MIT

6) I would feel remiss not to mention Northwestern.

I would also check the list on Net Impact, which should point to support for those types of programs. I imagine getting to exact dollar amounts for possible investments is a little tricky. You can probably find additional info through Ashoka & Gray Pinstripes. http://www.beyondgreypinstripes….
And there are a variety of business competitions which are either targeted at social entrepreneurs or have a special category for social entrepreneurs, which are quite competitive, but have decent funding.
Finally, if it is a for profit venture, check out the “top universities for entrepreneurs” and dig down into their programs and the infrastructure & community they offer students.
Grant Based Funding for Social Entrepreneurs
Here are some more from the Swearer Center at Brown which are grant based:

Mega-list of Global Accelerators
Here is a list of accelerator programs (not social innovation focused) but very useful if you can turn a profit:

Probably the only thing I left off here is an extensive list of fellowships for social entrepreneurs.

I’d like to add “SENO: Social Entrepreneurs New Orleans”
