What are the best models for youth entrepreneurship?

1) Professor at University of Penn (link) I believe he works through the Netter Center
2) Lemonade
3) Ashoka
4) Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (has a number of programs including these resources)

It would seem to me that a model with created training, coaching/mentoring, and hosted an incubator/accelerator within an existing structure would be the best. This would provide the needed structure. It would also provide each start up team with start up capital. Say anywhere from $100 to $500–although perhaps as much as $2,500 for teams of 2. It could be a tiered approach in which teams that were uninterested would be filtered out early in the process.

It may be that more can be discovered by looking at youth microfinance programs and organizations.
