Top MBA Study Abroad and International B-School Programs

Best Business School Study Abroad and International MBA Programs

Here are 8 of the top ranked MBA programs with study abroad programs (I generally relied on Google’s order and I’ve added some international MBA program rankings to the overall mix at the bottom). You may want to look at the best mba programs and then investigate whether they have a study abroad program (and then of course if their program and the study abroad component are a good fit for you and your needs):

Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia
Pepperdine University School of Business
Stern at NYU
Notre Dame Study Abroad in China MBA Program
University of Pittsburg School of Business at Katz Overseas MBA Program
Ross School of Business has Study Abroad Options
Michigan State University Study Abroad MBA

You may also want to investigate international mba programs or the Global MBA Rankings for 2009 from Financial Times. US News and World Report also has a top 10 list of international mba programs which includes the University of South Carolina, Duke University, New York University (NYU_, Harvard, University of Southern California (USC), and the University of California at Berkeley. Its interesting to point out that Business Week’s analysis of top undergrad programs yielded higher ROI for state schools than for top ranked private MBA schools. Here is a consolidation of the MBA ROI Rankings.

Any suggestions for top masters of business administration with a strong study abroad component?

If you don’t like these programs… may want to rank these against this efficacy comparisons:

Efficacy is still a function of interests and passions as well as niche (in other words those MBA programs ranking high on the efficacy rankings may not have quality International programs or may not have comparable recruiting from international firms)…..and ultimately the 8 programs above are likely far, far more helpful than the efficacy rankings.

Also, time frame is only one means of measuring efficacy. Long term job satisfaction is far more important.
