Christian Conflict Resolution

Here is an interesting video which breaks down how to disagree in business, and I think has some application for all conflict resolution.

1) Information
2) Situation
3) Interpretation
4) Approach
5) Beliefs

One strategic pointer I would add is that sometimes both sides of a discussion can be right. I think its about uncovering the beliefs (which I think others might call “assumptions and beliefs” although perhaps thats part of approach. And then hopefully creating some common ground.
