Philosophical ramblings on atheism versus faith

Sure. Those problems exist. I don’t think a non-faith based president would have made a different decision about war. Defining a faith by its margins isn’t really a fair comparison. Ideologies which have standards inevitably have people which fall short of those standards (this occurs in every culture, ideology, and organization).

At least Christianity has a standard to apply to them–the problem isn’t that they were or weren’t “Christian” by self-identification–its a question of if their actions were in fact Christian–which is an entirely different discussion.
