Chris Bernard is correct to highlight that “social media engages them both.” Ergo…social media should be high in the priorities of business given the way it connects to its very purpose and core mission.

    Is this where I can be snarky about how tired I am of seeing Peter Drucker held up as the Guy Who Understands Business? (slightly evil grin) I actually have a lot of problems with him, but that’s a smart quote.
